Default empty plug inside front bumper

ok does anyone have this little plug thats on the inside of the bumper near the foglights? i've got it on my 2002 r/t and i have no clue what it is.

Most liekly the plug for an outside temp sensor

I used to own one of the first SRT-4s sold, bought it new in Feb 2003, sold it Nov 2006 with 75K and Stage 3. Now I drive a 2006 SRT-8 Charger.
