E55 bi-xenon retro pics 56k na-nu

Here are some pics I just took. Keep in mind the bulbs used have MANY MANY hours on them so the output is much less than what a new bulb would be.

Low beam

Low beam

Driver side high beam / passenger side low beam

Colorband on the ground about 25-30 ft away from the headlights

Colorband head-on shot

Low beam

Driver side high beam / passenger side low beam

A few road shots

In car driver view (I was sitting on a upward hill, hence the excess height)

A few pics of the rear of the housing. Its not sealed up yet but I'm just showing you guys how clean it comes out to be.

Here is one more pic I made of just how bi-xenon works. The shield is moving from its low beam position to its high beam position.

it seems almost all the bixenon retros have the same low beam pattern, but what about the high beam patterns? can you do a couple shots of just one side's high beam, maybe 30-40 feet back against a garage or wall so we can see what the hi's look like?

Are you blind or just didn't let all the pics upload? The high beam shots are there

About the low beam pattern, actually all projector have a "step" cutoff. There are differences though but for the most part you should just think of all Hella made projectors having their own signature cutoff pattern. The Valeo have thiers. The Stanley/Kioto made projectors have theirs. The Bosch have their own style and so forth and so on. Each different manufacturer has their own "style" of pattern in their projector line-up.

Hey those retros look pretty tight. Where at in birmingham are you located? I would like to see what they look like in person. Tryin to save up some money to do some modifications to my car, if my girlfriend doesn't make me go broke first

I'm actually about to move back down towards Alabaster. I currently live in Hoover but only until next weekend.

I don't have these for my own car, these are for my customers here. However your more than welcome to come meet up with me or the rest of the local SRT guys soemtime and I'll be more than happy to show you some TLs or TSX or other projectors on my car. I have a few pairs for my own personal use that I switch around from time to time

Falbz, thats too funny

wannasupra, yeah his set-up is pretty wide heh. Makes for much better and safer driving being able to see more stuff around you. I had to aim them slightly outward to allow them to fit and still use stock adjuster.
