Anyone have the dome light bulb #? Mine was burnt out right off the lot when I bought the car 2 yrs ago. I figure I should get around to replcaing it

My 2003 SRT-4 takes a 579 bulb. I bought the one that is recommended on the autolumination site and it doesn't fit. I just sent it back to them a couple of days ago.

i bought a 44 mm and it works just fine.

my 44mm works just fine. it's been in there for over a year now.

How do you actually remove and replace the dome light bulb? Does the plastic pop off?

i believe you pull the (if you're facing the front of the car) right side down, and the whole unit will pop off. Then you will see how to take the plastic piece apart, and put it back in.
Otherwise post up what you don't get.
