Those look freakin sweet

Is the black part on the side just a reflection, or is it actually only reflective on the back?

DO the taillights still light up perfect, or are they darkened too?

Pics of them on?

Thx bud!

JT

they can still be seen from over 500 feet away, day or night. totally legal, checked it out with the sherriffs dept. they're totally black until you step on the brakes. the guy can do custom tints and VIN match your paint. the light still comes through bright red.

Your sherriff's department is full of morons. If I end up not seeing you and I hit you, I'm sueing your ass in court and you would lose for sure.

FYI- those aren't legal at all. You've blocked the side facing red reflector required by DOT (since 1968). It would be legal if you added red sidemarkers in the cover.

But they look good.

Look what you just typed. If you were tailgating someone, you have a better chance of seeing their lights if they are darker. If your further in the distance, your not going to even see any lights.

Maybe you need some common sense?

me without the common sense. ur the idiot that posted and i quote "Your sherriff's department is full of morons. If I end up not seeing you and I hit you, I'm sueing your ass in court and you would lose for sure." now if your that blind and that close that you dont' have time to stop because you claimed you didn't see his taillights your the dumbass with the lack of common sense. esp when its presented in court that his taillights were in full working order at the time of the accident, that his taillights were "LEGAL", and that you were tailgating him your the one who's screwed and your the one who'll be getting sued by his insurance company. don't believe me go ask any cop or lawyer.
