Default Dash lights

Just got an 04 srt and it didnt come with the owners manual. i notice when i turn my key on i get a little red light on the right hand corner and i dont no what it means it doesnt stay on but it flashes with the rest of the bulbs until i start the car. any have a description of all teh lights and what they mean?

Automotive "enthusiast" often seen driving a fart-can rice cooker with seat in the near fully reclined position. To select proper gear driver pulls self up right by yanking on the shift lever thus "shaking the stick". Real pimps ofcourse drive automatics so they never have to lift but are still stick shakers at heart.

yes i am a little red circle it isnt on it just comes on when i first put the key in like its supposed to

I dont know for sure if im right but i'd say its one of those security lights that blinks when the car is off. If it wasnt raining out I'd go take a look at my dash to see... but then again I havent looked into it so maybe I dont know what I'm talking about

it's the car's passive alarm system light and SKIM key system/immobilizer. you'll notice it flashing when you lock the car with the keyfob remote. don't worry too much about it, unless of course you can't get the car to start.

i believe that light goes on when the fuel pump primes the system

i believe that it is the alarm... when someone tried to break in mine the alarm started going off and i didn't know what it was.. try letting your window down..cut the car off. get out and lock it with the transponder. then reach in unlock the door manually from the inside and open it and see if it starts goin off
