Installed my 8000k headlights, great! Installed my 3000k fog lights, one ballast works great. The other, when plugged in makes the other light go out or makes them both flash. I'm messing around with it today to make sure it's the ballast.

Please tell me it'll be quick and easy exchange.

Lol sounds like my prob.and hopefully u get better customer service than me cuz when i calld the 1800# i got jackie chans mom and all she could say was send us twenty dolla,send us twenty dolla we send new.i have held more intelligent conversations with my dog than there customer service i have calld 2x. I just chalked it up as a loss.owell im out $50.paid about that for the silverstar bulbs. So gl to u and bring ur translator.

email them, they respond pretty quick and have always taken care of my problems.

sounds like a voltage or ground problem. thats why relay setups are better than the stock harness. HIDs require a specific voltage to work properly. try starting the car before turning the lights on for max available voltage. then report back.

Pretty lame you can only email them.

The kit also blew the fuse inside my fusebox as well.

those kits do not come eith a relay harness do they? if not, i bet get one would solve the problem

Yup.... What awww sheeet says..... if you get a relay harness most likely your problem will be solved.

I have a relay.the ballast just took a dump like two weeks after purchase.

Nobody picked up at the delaware number. It rang for a few minutes and then went to an automated voice saying "if you are not an authorized dealer, your phone call will not be accepted" and it hangs up.

thats why is nice to order from a place like ddmtuning, the pricing is only like $5-10 more but, they are US based and offer lifetime warranty!

Lol.your gonna spend more money on a meter(than the ballast is worth) just to check it.i have a fieldpiece meter and wouldnt waste my time checkn the amps.owell my $36 dollalr chinese ebay kit didnt last long.im not surprised.
