Check the rubber housing gasket that goes around the headlight, it might be loose and water might be creeping in there and then ounce you turn on the headlights or the sun comes out it will make it fog up inside. Hope this helps.

is it the gasket on the outside or do you have to take the headlight out to get to it?

It could be from a few places. If you take the black rubber off you should be able to see if theres any holes.

Also it might be your actual headlight connector thing. I'm not if it has a exact name but it's the thing that tightens your bulb into the headlight; it might not be on tightly or there might be a gap that you might have to seal/correct.

Drill a small hole in the underside of the headlights that the water can flow out.

I would think he should find the leak or reseal the headlights after he gets rid of the condensation..........

i had this prob on my old 5.0

I used this

I used my finger and ran this stuff between the headlight clear lens and the base plastic of the headlight housing. it dries clear and seals up any of the gaps

after that i never got anymore condensation in my lights. im sure the same concept would work for our SRT lights.

ps. i would avoid drilling any holes in the lights, you want there to be NO water going through your lights in the first place, not just a hole to vent it out

Yeah wherever the front clear plastic meets the rear housing plastic. I used Permatex Flowable Silicone. its like a clear gel, you can use a q tip but I just used my finger and washed my hands quickly
