Default clusters not lighting up!!!Help please!

Okay, so from what i know my buddy was installing his greddy tt and for some odd reason now his cluster wont light up..
he tapped into two wrong wires.
one was the all red one under the wheel and the other was light blue with a green stipe i think?
i dont know but i fixed the turbo timer and its working now but the cluster still wont light up when the headlights are turned on.
Also, when i turn the headlights on i hear a faint buzzing coming from around the left tweeter..
Anyone have any clue whats goin on???
thanks.
