I was just wondering where can I find Clear Corner Turn Signalsfor my 05 SRT-4??? I can't seem to find them anywhere. My SRT4 is black and i think clear signals will make it look better than Amber colored ones. But where can i find them???
Or if your lucky like I was I found some on here when I had them for like 10bucks shipped and they were like new even got some nice led bulbs with them.
Are these OK for use on the street or can the police bust balls about these? Same as for the clear brake lens......I'm assuming that the bulbs would be the proper color and it would not be a big deal but I'm not up to speed with things that are lighting related.
As long as you have amber or white bulbs they dont care but any other color they will pull you over for.
So a clear 3rd brake lens with a RED bulb is OK as well then correct? Just tying to be sure before spending money as I do like the clear lens look on the black cars I have seen with them installed.

They are the last ones on the page...I just posted a thread about the website and will follow up with a report on everything, cust service, correct part, bulb inlcusion, etc.
Yep a clear with a red bulb is the only way to be legal. I have a red led bulb in my clear 3rd.
This is 100% FALSE information. No clear corner lens or third brake light is legal. They do not spread enough light to be considered legal like their colored counterparts. Which is why they are marked OFF-ROAD use ONLY. YES a police officer could ticket you for improper lighting equipment. Granted you could run the clear corners with an amber bulb but the clear corners do not have a reflective surface like the stock amber ones, they are therefore considered unsafe and you could be ticketed for them. Our sidemarkers are reflectors.
Have I seen people ticketed for them? Yes. Have I seen people ticketed for clear third brake lights? Yes... The only legal clear lights are the ones that come with the cars from the factory, I.e. Lexus.
interesting, crystal.
I've had clear sides and clear 3rd for years and have been "observed" several times with no issues. as for the reflectivity comment on the sides, mine reflect perfectly fine when light hits them. maybe the ebay ones are cheap knockoffs?

Please don't spread misinformation on this forum.
This is 100% true. I've never been pulled over for them though. The only reason you would get ticketed for them in my area is if you were doing something really stupid.
Here is a hint: If you don't know what you are talking about (having the facts and what not) don't comment on the issue.
Sota, some are made better than others. The originals that were made years ago had a nice reflective surface on them. There are currently two types on Ebay, one is more reflective than the other, if you really look at the pictures you'll see what I mean. It's not that the cops would pull you over just for that, like Johnny said...it's usually if you're doing something stupid and they want to write you up for everything they can.
BUT...to tell someone that they are legal with a red bulb in it....is misinformation.
I had a state trooper tell me to turn my lights on so he could see what the bulb color was on my clear corners. I have Amber Led's in mine. He told me that DOT laws require an amber reflector in the front and and a red reflector in the tail lights is required. Both have to be visible from the side of the vehicle. Anyone that has Moderns led tail lights can take a look at them, they have a red reflector on the sides of them.
Even though he said that the front had to be reflectors, he said my bulb color was sufficiant.
