Question Clear corner lenses

hey all you peeps out there. i was wondering where all of you have gotten your clear corner lenses from and for how much. also, did you change the bulbs or leave the stock ones in their? are stock bulbs amber? anyway, if at all possible, post up close up pics of the corners. just wanted these as soon as possible. i'm trying to finish up the look for the front of the car. silverstar headlights in, titanium bulbs lit in red. i also wanted suggestions on some fogs to match the silverstar lights. i heard the silverstar fogs only give about 2 months life, but i like to have them on at night. anybody know of any non-cheap looking white bulbs, i would appreciate. thanks all.

Edwin

i got my clear corners at Modern Performance for like $25
http://www.modernperformance.com/dcx...rcorners.shtml
the stock bulbs are clear and when lit they have a whitish-yellowish hue.
MP provides you with amber bulbs, which i'll put in to complete the legal/stock look.

i'll put up a night shot later this evening.

i myself also got them from Modern for like 25, but kept the stock bulbs in em... cause i dont think its illegal here, as long as your turning signals are amber its all they care about..lol... ooppss im blabbering. Anyways for the foglights i suggest Eurolite 893 bulbs there cheap and seem to last and look nice as well.. Good luck.

a few people pick them up from turboneonstore as well, a few threads down there's a discussion about them as well as the LED bulbs people use in them.

if get the LED bulbs...don't forget to pick up 2 resistors. you'll need them to prevent them from blinking like its on crack.

You can get LED's from autozone that are a direct replacement. The only ones that you need the resistors (aka load equalizers) for are the big mamma LED blinkers (matrix).

here's pics of mine.got em from modern and used the supplied amber bulbs, also have titanium/amber turns.

sonicvato, i don't know the laws in cali, but IMO you're asking for trouble with red turn signals in the front....just my opinion... they have titanium/ambers which i have and they look great.. and still light up the color that johnnylaw likes..

in fla. anything OTHER than FACTORY is illegal.
but if you put amber bulbs in they're less likely to mess with you...

Actually bro, the side markers dont even flash. So you can definately go amber led for a much, much better look. Personally I think the bulbs are very weak...LED's are a must.

On side not: Fast blink only comes with using LED turn signals.

No bulbs for me in my clear corners. With the fogs on it just looked like too many lights on the front of the car for my liking. Sure its illegal but i have never been ticketed or even asked about it so ill leave em out until i get hasseled. I figure i can at least get away with the excuse saying the fuse blew and im going to replace it this weekend. If they make me come to the police station ill just throw some bulbs in and go show them.
