cleaning haze off of headlights
i need to get this haze off of my headlights, somebody mentioned mothers headlight polish and i checked their site and couldnt find any

once u have a haze on the headlights, that means ur clear coat is gone, and its really never gonna come off. i seen some stuff at o'reily's that is to put on ur headlights once they're hazed over. dont konw what it was called, probably like mentioned "plastic x".

Mmmmm, no.
The haze is just oxidation, go get yourself some 800, 1500, and 2000 grit sandpaper, wetsand with each for around 10 minutes, then polish with Mothers Mag&Aluminum polish, they'll look brandy new!

theres also this one thing called "3M plastic filler" or something like that. ive seen it used in real life. made a yellow foggy lens basically like new

Mother's w/ a buff ball or highspeed buffer @ low RPM's will make your headlights look just like new!!

that's why you wax your headlights when you do the car at same time. keeps them looking new!

i've seen it done. it doesnt matter what kind/flavor/whitening. but as long as the oxadation is not super bad it will clear most of it up
