Default changing interior look

hey guys im a one week owner now of a 05 white srt4 and i love that car. i know a good bit about the car but not everything so im learning and asking. I can wire things pretty well but what im looking to do is change my interior lighting to red. So does anyone know where i can get some bulbs/or faces for the speedometer and gas gauge and temperature ? And where i can find a good boost gauge that i wont have to modify a lot to hook up. So any lighting websites or help would be appreciated! Thanks guys looking forward to find some good people on here to talk to.

Red is one of the hardest colours to do on these cars. What you have to do is sand down the back of the actual gauges to get rid of the green. ByVampDesign can give you the bulbs and everything that you need for this and Vgauges has some awesome boost gauges (I have a blue on myself)

Hope that helps!

I don't know of any gauge faces for the SRT-4, but don't waste your money on a byvampdesign red kit. You'll be happier just keeping the stock bulbs and sanding down the back of the gauges and glueing on some red film. I blew way too much on his LEDs when a cheap sheet of red film does the same thing and looks much better.

I didn't think white was a colour option for '05. White's the best though.

"Gels" or "Jellies" used by DJs and film studios for changing the color on their can lights is fairly inexpensive and looks good. Call your local guitar shops or music stores. At worst, you can find film online.

Me =)

But red you will have to tear your gauges totally apart and sand the back of them off. Thats why most people dont even bother with red.

If you tear down your gauges for a lighting gel.. might as well put in white LEDS to compliment them instead of crap stock bulbs. But again.. most people dont want to sand their gauges down as somtimes it will come out uneven.. or you might sand off too much and the light penitration was equal in areas will just hot spot.

Just try out a few ideas and keep what works for you. Some people dont have the patience for my kits and thats why some people dont like them. =)

Any questions you can PM me bro.
