Default Both headlights out? Please help a guy with no electrical abilities.

Ok so, I start my car ready to leave work, and both my headlights are out. The highbeams havent worked the past week and i really figured it was no hurry to fix seeing as I rarley need them anyway. I havent had much time to look into it, although the fuses seem to work fine (the ones on the inside of the dash anyway dont know if there are any headlight fuses in the bay). Is this most likley a wiring harness problem?

Oh and my foglights still work along with my brake lights and turn signals.

Thanks

Very likely it could be a multifunction switch. But there is no way to accurately diagnoise something like that without being able to see it in person.
