You'd need:

- eBay headlamps (or DEPOs)
- E55 projectors
- Gatling gun shrouds
- ZKW-Rs if you want them
- Bulbs, ballasts, and harness

Check out The Retrofit Source. Contact Matt over there and he'll give you a packaged deal price.

Nah, didn't forget...it's just these custom shrouds are hell'a time consuming and a royal pain in the @$$ since bondo is used. Between that and my travels and priorities at work...set me back.

I had my friend email me the pics since our firewall blocks everything, & I must say...the headlight looks sharp!

Can you take a pic of how they are mounted?? I'm just curious because I am going to do another retro and want to see where I could improve on my mounting tactics.

Ehhh...little too late. I would have taken better care of the reflector if that was the goal. Like put saran wrap on them to prevent hair line scratches. Plus...my dremel nicked a few areas. Nothing major since it'll all be covered via the vacuform, but things you don't want to see if you still plan on showing the chrome reflector. That and I would have made the hole for the gatling guns smaller for a tighter fit.

I'll take and post a pic later thing morning. But it's the same approach that I had with my two other TL projects. Custom bracket with everything mounted to it.

Coming along very nicely so far. Anxious to see what you're doing with the Gattling guns since you'll be the only one other than myself to use them so far. They're quite large and I had to trim mine ALOT to get them to clear the lens.

What's the scoop with the long bolt on the bottom? Are you not using the factory adjustment?

I wish you would've had this pic back when we have that 30 private message conversation about the swivels mounts.

I hear that...the pictures on The Retrofit Source don't capture how huge those shrouds are.

Height wise I had to cut them almost in half to mount them the way that I did. How are you painting them?

That's the stock factory bolt on the bottom. It works with the widget bolt outside the rear housing for adjustment. Stock adjustment is kept.

This is out of an eBay housing...and the DEPOs have the same long bolt. I know you retrofit some projects with stock housings...I'm not sure if they have something different at that bottom mounting location...
