Basically...for those sections...I just cut out a square chunk in the gatling gun shroud so it would clear the posts. Make sense??

So did you just set the shround on there & trace it? That sounds easy enough but how do you know if it will be centered on the projector?

I'm just trying to find a better method then trim, fit, trim, fit, trim, fit x 11tybillion It's so damn time intensive. Besides the more I can cut initially that's less I have to sand & the less mess I've made. I've turned my garage into a winter wonderland on several occassions due to the ceramic dust everywhere

I wish it were that easy. It was basically what you said...trim, fit, trim, fit, go watch some girl-on-girl action porn, trim, fit, etc.

I hear you bro...I turned a room in my basement into my retrofit workshop and it's always a mess with ceramic dust or bondo dust.
