Blue dash kit install Help!!!!

ok so i followed the instructions to A "T". I go to look at them and they are not working. so i take it apart flip them around 180 degreez and still nothing lit up. also i noticed now my dome light will not turn off. i closed all the doors and locked car , dome light stays on.... PLEASE HELP!!!!

gotta be a break in the circuit somewhere.. check your electrical connections and wires. dont know how a break in circuit could cause your dome light deal though.
