Black Irish's HID Bosch retro teaser pics

This is just ONE projector being lit up. I have my other passenger side TL headlight covered up with a t-shirt so that it doesn't throw any light over the Bosch beam.

First the garage door shot. As you might notice, these projectors are used in the BMW 3 series cars (E46). The beam on E46's isn't as sharp as say the more expensive projectors but that doesn't mean these babies aren't worth anything LOL. They throw out a nice powerful intense beam pattern. The step height really grows at distance so you light up a good portion on the right side of the step which aids for U.S. roads and thorws a good swath of light to the right.

As I mentioned, notice howe much taller the step has grown as distance increased.

And here is just a shot I took of the colorband and it glaring up on the camera lens. Just for giggles because I like camera flares and color! . If your wondering what is on the left side of the pic, its my shirt covering up the passenger side headlight.

I can't wait for you to get them.

You want them painted like this correct? Keep in mind that the Bosch projector doesn't have a shiney bezel or anything. It's a raw metal so if you want it painted black let me know.

This is a e55 but the projector material is raw metal so this is what the Bosch looks like, only smaller of course.

However most people before you have wanted that painted black as they don't buy an additional OEM HID bezel. So this is what it would look like painted black on the metal.

Update - these damn Bosch's are a pain in the ass to mount . They only have 3 mount locations so I'm having to fab a mount location off the projector to make a fourth for a secure mount. Should have updated pics sometime this weekend. I'm off work today so I'm working on these much of today.

Just a heads up...

I just bought a focus svt with the factory hid projectors, what can you do to make the color band more colorful, like it was on my evo.
