Black housing headlights won't adjust down enough

I just put in my black housing headlights yesterday and the driver side light was up in the trees. I adjusted the screw untill it wouldn't adjust anymore and it's still just a bit high. Anyone else have this problem?

Try reinstalling, you may have missed the lower mounting hole, forcing the headlight to aim up.

Lower mounting hole? lol that might be what I did then...

I've had my factory's out plenty of times and never had this problem...
