That's the fiberglass and resin I used to seal the rear of the lights, that was my first battle with that stuff

Do you got HID's in there or no.. If not, I hope you plan to..

Looks very clear btw, well at least until you see the back of the housing.. lol.. But it looks pimp from the outside..


what'd you do, just dremel it out and fiberglass it in to hold it in place and seal it??

The aim was adjusted using springs and screws before the fiberglass was used, I will be doing a second set now that I know how and am better able to work with fiberglass

Thanks for all the props... It took me around 4 hours to complete both headlights the dremel part was easy using a side cutting bit, sanding wheel and sand paper. It was the cleaning of the headlights interior, removing off the dust, shavings (Air compressor is a must) and adjusting of the passenger side projector that was a little challenging due to the AC evaporator being so close, the back of the plug it would hit it causing the light to stick out further than I wanted once that was done it was a matter of running the relays and mounting the ballasts..

they are i still have to figure how to provide power to the motor flap in conjuntion with the high beam switch, i dont no wether it is varible flap or on off. we'll see ill post pic's when i can
