Default Bi Xenon HID question

Hey I ordered the 8000k Bi Xenon hid kit and I installed them last night. I go to turn on the highbeams and the headlights completely shut off.

Any suggestions to fix this or what?

Probably need a diode going from the high to low beam wire. At least that is necessary for the HID harnesses I have for retro's.

My Bi-xenon are giving me the same BS. The lows work fine, when I switch to the high beam they turn off. Grounds are good and everything is wired up fine...i'm not sure what the hell it is. Swapping the harnessess didn't do anything either. I think it's the ballasts.
