Default Best Fog Light Mod

i have no idea if anybody has done this already...but my opinion this is the best and safest way to run just your fog lights and turn signals. i have found that if u tap into the power of the turn signals and run the power wire into your fog instead of the stock power wire, your fog lights will come on when u turn on your park lights, but

however, i have noticed that the excess amount of voltage running from the park/fogs, can and will burn up the stock switch, so i went to autozone bought a fog light relay-$3.99, wired it up everything works great and i checked the voltage at the switch and everything is normal

or better yet, you can install a switch into the dash wiring for your fog lights so that you can flip them on when your fogs/highs are on, or you can leave them off. I found that there were times I wanted just the fogs/parking lights on, but if its raining or something I dont need them on. there was a howto I followed that was posted about a year ago... it was pretty easy

there is a how to on this being way easier and way safer find the wire for the headlights and fog light, they should right near each other cut them apart and switch the wire. no a single click is just parking lights and full click parking and fog, pull your stick out and your headlights come on. high and low beam works same with a working indicator light. took me like 5minutes to do.

here made it easier

i just ran a ignition source to one side of a aftermarket switch and then another to the wire that controls the fogs on the back of the fuse box. then i mounted the switch in dash directly behind the light control arm. now i can operate the fogs as normal or just hit that switch and they come on when ever i want them to. also i feel this is a safe way because since its an ignition source they go off when i turn the car off no accidently leaving them on.
