Default Before and after PICS of boost gauge bulb change

Well I payed The price for being cheap, Saw another members nice LED setup, thought I would try the ricer blue bulb, which was great for dome and trunk, but kind of funky for boost gauge.
Heres the bulb, then stock, off, then the blue bulb,
Notice even though the light that it produces is white, the numbers now come out blue. anyone know what color they would be if I used a white led?

Maybe its just the pic but it looks like you lost some brightness ... how does it look in person?

Just grab a wide angle 5 LED 194 and you'll get all that lighting back again.

Remove your A-Pillars
Unscrew the two screws in the middle grate on the dash
Unscrew the two screws (one on either side) of the dash pad
Push up the dash and behind the boost gauge on the pad there are two phillips head screws that hold the pod to the dash. You can take these out and pull it down to swap it out, or simply unscrew the bulb thats in there and replace it that way.
