DEI makes a kit guys. Google is your friend http://www.caraudio-caralarms.com/545T.html

Any photocell autolight module/kit will work. They are universal.

My Toyota has the feature that lets me keep my lights switched [on] and when I turn my car off, the lights go off. So next time I drive my car, the light switch is already in the [on] position so they come on when the car turns on. Love the feature as I use my lights 90% I drive day or night.

They were DRLs in the fogs. No need to get their circuits or anything. All is needed is a relay and basic electrical knowledge on how to wire it up. It's pretty simple actually.
