Its a cool concept, but from the last pics posted you can tell the beam is not wide. The projector is too small, which means the bowl is small and the beam is going to be too narrow. Cool concept but I wouldnt spend my money on that. Also why do they stick those stupid angel eyes in everything? It was cool on beamers about 5 years ago, but they are too played out.
Check out the last pics of the ford explorer, its a wider shot of the beam and cutoff, its pretty impressive since they are a little smaller than the usual projector, and that is with 35watt bulbs, it would be really interesting to see the brightness and crisper cutoff of 55 watt bulbs/ballasts.

55 watt bulbs dont make the cutoff crisper. These are made in China so there might be issues with the bowls getting damaged from 55 watts. I looked at the explorer pictures and still think they are too narrow. Its better than stock lights, but they dont compare to a true hid projector. I hope someone on here buyes them and can take a decent picture, and opens them up to take pics too.
At least the bowls are shiny. Better than the halo projectors used on all the aftermarket headlights on ebay. Not sure how the selenoid works from that picture. I wonder what would happen if a custom curved shield is installed or at least painted black.
Ordering these soon, but i guess i gotta get a set of depos, since everyone has had a hard time getting the stock lights apart without cutting.. the FJ guys say they are great so we shall see.

The stock are posible to get open, they just take a little more time and effort than the depos.
Any progress on anyone getting these? I'm really interested to hear some opinions on them because they seem pretty sick!
Im ordering the kit in a few days, then a set of depos to put them in..
I think im going to run them at 55watt too they appear small but are the very close in diameter to Tl's and the like, the FJ guys seem to love the and it should be a huge improvement over stock.
OK, made the leap of faith, the kit came out to $107 bucks after shipping. LOL, im going to order a set of black housings and shoot the reflector satin black as well,. then mount these, IF they are ANY improvment over the stock halogens im happy and only out $200.
