I would try a very fine sandpaper, or plastic polish.

finger nail polish remover, just make sure its not 100% acetone. or you could try 409 cleaner and lots of scrubbing, that worked for my old car.

I used regualr laquar to remove it from my tails. Worked when it was wet and when it was dry. All it does it dull the shine of the lense, but a quick plastic cleaner and some wax and it was back pretty

Professional grade reducer or Brake cleaner. Brake cleaner may dull the lens so you might have to scuff it up and clear coat it to get it back to an OEM luster. Reducer on the other hand won't do that.

From an autobody supply store or a place that sells automotive paint, Dupont, BASF, PPG, Sherwin Williams (etc), they all make reducers. Reducers will remove ANY spray paint (that has no hardener like the two part clear coat rattle cans) because it has no hardener in it, and it will not damage clear coat. You may need to polish them up after using it, but reducer comes in handy tenfold.
