Default another question hak

ok i've just finished my retros for my jetta. the projectors are the same as the ones that i used for the srt (mercedess e-class). the output is so mush better on the jetta, than the srt. i'm trying to figure out why? i've check, and adjusted the alignment still nothing.

on the jetta i have almost a 180o beam, with the srt it's almost a 60-90ish. i'm wondering if its because my healights are completely blacked out on the srt so theres nothing to reflect. at dusk, if i'm driving my jetta i can see the beam very clearly as if it were pitch dark out, in my srt i have to strain to see it. what do you think?

i know this is probably worthless w/o pics i'll try and get some. but my camera is dead
