Default another brightest foglight thread

One of my foglights blew out so i want to get new ones that are really bright. so first off any easy way to change the passenger side becuase it looks difficuilt to change with the washer bottle in the way. and i want really bright bulbs but not hid. so what is the brightest whitest/blue bulbs i can get for the fogs that are a good price

Your might as well, and do the headlights, and turning signal as well. I find, that if you pull the headlight out you can have better access to the fixture, from the top. Especially for me, with a additional pump for the sprayers down there also. I used silverstar bulbs, should've done it along time ago.


Foglights were 893
Headlights were 9007
I changed the turning signals bulbs also. They are blueish chrome color in finish, but when you turn them on, they glow a bright ass amber color!!!

those were 3157A or 4157A the box had both those numbers on it.

From what I understand, a lot of people have had 893's burn out on them very quickly. Our OEM foglight is 880, and I believe there is a wattage difference between the two.

the stock ones arent that bright so i wanted brighter

Everytime I've replaced my fogs with 893's they would burn out within a year.
