Well my friend and i spent a few hours messing around with my cluster and this is the result...
dont mind my crappy camera, you CAN see the needles in real life, but it was hard to see them in the pictures. Hope you like them!

I just want him to tell me what he did. If he used the Amber LEDs and got rid of the green backing on the stock faceplates of the gauges..... or did something else.
I'm pretty sure the backing had to be removed or modified because people have tried just about all the colors and had no good results.
When I had a old custom S10 wayyyy back in the day I had a green like backing on mine too so I just sanded down the backing until it became clear for the most part. I then could put in any color I wanted and got great results. It just takes time and patience but if you want something bad enough you gotta try new things.

I'm wondering if you could use some red colored celofane or however you spell that hobby warpping paper translucent stuff and color in the redline in a true red color regardless of color bulb.
Yea i didnt know you had to consult anyone before promoting an item, thanks for the info...and yea i like the amber, i tried the blue and wasnt satisfied so i took a few hours out to come up with something new.
