Default Aiming Stock headlights

Is there any way to make the stock srt-4 headights aim higher?? I have 800K HIDs but they only light up a few feet in front of the car. I see left and right adjusters on the lamps but is there a way to adjust up and down?

I think if you look behind the headlight housing there should be a screw that if you turn it takes the chrome housing up or down.

Usually it's for up or down cause the lights shine far to the left or right. But you never know.

This.

It's really easy to do. Just get a torx screwdriver, stick it down the hole, and start turning. Turning it right makes the light lower, turning it left makes it higher.
