i just got a set of these from a friend. he just bought a srt that was wrecked and they put the new projector lights on it. he didn't want them so i traded him for a set of stockers i had lying around. the problem is there way off aim. first i need to know what the screws on the back do, is one for up and down and one for left to right is there a tilt screw and also what is the right hight for these, i was told that at 25ft away there should be 2.1" from the lower line to the top line is this true. thanks for all the help.

I was just about to post a similar question, but I google'd it and found a similar diagram to the one above.
Essentially, the key is: You want the beam pattern to be the same from 5' away as it would be 25' away. So, pull up to a wall, and mark the current pattern, then back up to around 25' (make sure the ground is perfectly level), and adjust the headlights so that they hit the exact same spot. You may need to repeat the process a few times to get it dialed in.
I've got the low beam HIDs on the outside, and the high beam (what I assume are) halogens on the inside.
The HIDs have two screws. I believe the inside screw (toward the center of the car) adjust the height (vertical angle), and the outside screw adjusts the horizontal angle. The only problem that I've run into is while adjusting the horizontal angle, it tends to also tilt the beam so that it is not level with the car. I still haven't figured out how to correct for it, but I think that I've worked around it.
On the high beams, I've got three adjustment screws. Looking at the head light assembly from the back, they are on the bottom-left, bottom-right, and top-right. I've just started adjusting them, so I'm not entirely sure what each one does.
Also, I'm trying to figure out what to do with the inline ballasts (little transformers). At first, I just had them hanging down behind the front bumper, but it quickly became apparent that this was not a good idea. It was also annoying that every time I would turn, accelerate, or decelerate, I could hear the metal *clanking* up against the frame. So, I now have them sitting on the little shelf right below the headlights. There is just enough room to place them there, and install the headlights on top of them. The headlights themselves are currently holding them in place, and there's nowhere for them to go even if the did come loose. The only thing I'm worried about is heat. If the ballasts put off a bunch of heat, that could be a problem.
