Default Aftermarket Headlight Bulbs. Do they work well?

I dont really want an HID light kit. I am just looking for a little sharper brightness or even a slight blue tint to it. Is there a good bulb I can just pop in and it will improve the heads a little? Anyone use any they really like?

"The People" in the First Amendment means The People; "the People" in the Fourth Amendment means The People; but "the People" in the Second Amendment (ratified in 1791) means the National Guard (created by an Act of Congress in 1903)?
