Aftermarket fog kits?

Was looking at blinglights.com partner of darksyde racing, and they offer quite a few different fog light kits, with LED, and some are cheap. 40$ 60$ and some more expensive. My question is will they go on our car easy? plug and play? and will they be alot brighter then stock? I wanted white foglights that were bright, i would love to get HID fogs but they are a little expensive. Sylvania bulbs and others just dont cut it.
