any HID kit will turn heads, and the 6000k will have more usable light output, kinda blueish.. the 8000k will be more of a purple/blue color, not as much usable light
i see your asking about the VHO so im assuming your talking about my kit as i am the only vendor offering VHO (very high output) the 6000K is a white with small huge of blue but more less white.. the 8000K is IMO the best to go with as it is bright and the VHO kits produce a different type of blue hue (ask hybridkid he was the 1st to have a VHO kit on the forums and he even stated its well worth it) if you would like to order a kit PM me and ill help get everything done in a timely fashion for you ask my buyers i have the kits in 2-3 days (shipping is fast).
HybridKids 8000K VHO kit vs his wise infinity G35 (on the right) HybridKids HID kit (VHO) vs his wifes G35's stock HID's against the garage (SRT on the right)
I can say that from all the research I did on HIDs I thought that going with the VHO 8k kit from DarkSyde would be OK, at the very least a little brighter than stock. The VHO kits are 55 watts versus 35 Watts for a standard HID so you are getting a lot brighter bulb. DarkSyde can verify that I was a pain in the butt before I ordered.
But now after receiving the kit and installing it, you can see that the light emitted from it is Very White when compared to the stock G35 HIDs. Plus I have a 3m film on my headlights that has a slight Blue tint to them. In the pictures the only one that even comes close to showing how big a difference there is, is the one taken against the garage door. In reality the other pic makes the G's look a lot brighter than they are, they look mroe like a stock 9007 vs a HID in person.
The kit is first rate and exceeded my expectations so far.
More pics and some of the install I put over on HybridSRT.Com.
