Default 350z hvac?? trying to change color GURUS!!!

hey im trying to help my roommate change his lights over from orange to blue, I took apart the hvac thinking I could figure out what bulb to get, but .. yeah im stumped.. anyways I ordered eerything else for all the other lights, the only thing we cant figure out is the damn hvac.

Are those LEDs already installed in the board? If so then you'd have to unsolder those and solder in new ones. Not as hard as it sounds if you know what you are doing. But I can't tell from the pictures and I have no clue what the HVAC of the 350 looks like.

i saw that ish, im just wondering on this what would be considered the "led"

the wrong part?

all the leds we purchased for his cluster and volt, oil gauges will have to be soldered in as well, I just gotta figure out the size of these LEDs. bahah .

Shoulda just called me

Looks like SMD's. That's gonna be a PITA, but it's obviously possible. What color do they light up now? You may be able get around changing them

It looks like (from what I've read) you need to buy a new overlay as well as change the LEDs. I don't know if you can sand down the film on the Z overlay. Sometimes the graphic and tint are printed on the same side. When they are you'll be hard pressed to sand them down without totally fucking it up. Send me some pics of the overlay later.

I know this kind of old but they look like plcc-2 Surface mount leds, do they have little triangles in one corner? They're the same ones used in my keyboard that I modded. If you need help just pm me i'll try to show you some easy ways around it.
