Willy how much would u charge to make an interchangeable DP outta 304 SS with v-band flanges with both a cat and race pipe??? to mate to a Perrin Exhaust???

I would need a car with the exhaust on it to make one . I can make a down pipe with a interchageable cat with v band but the end would need to be cut/sized to the perrin exhaust
