Riven are you joking? Those are the best I've seen so far!!!!!!!!!! Without going nuts either using an incredible amount of samll pieces welded up like the FIRST look we had at the small spearco, or using a cast piece for smooth flow, this is the best bet, to my mind anyway. Only possible way to better it (and it would be questionable if the gains would be measurable) would be to expand the pipe smoothly as it enters the tank, see a stocker for a good example.

BUT, that being said, this thing looks great!!!!!!! Best of the big coolers, IMHO.

Nivo, why bother testing this sucker against stock? Go up against the other biggies.

i agree the end tanks are well efficent , infact probably alot more than other intercoolers out there, and i love CTI's work very reliable and fits well, how much will this bad boy be?

Those are BY FAR the most efficient endtanks I have seen so far for an SRT-4 FMIC. The core thickness at 4.25" is simply awesome! It's ALL about the thickness boys and that FMIC has it! Good Job Willy!

Don't think it would be too much...but it is a hard core to get since it's not standard 3.5", this one is a whooping 4.25" thick.

Man I tell you even with low boost and stage 1 injectors right now the car feels faster. but we need to get the 750cc's in there since we have someone waiting on the stage 1 injectors...I must hurry!

Here's a break from the norm. Can't wait to see test/dyno results.

I was wondering what willy was up to..

I'm telling you....the car still feels like it has the stock turbo since it spools fast, there's no real transition in where the turbo kicks in..just a big rush of power.

Agreed, that is definitely the best aftermarket endtank design available for the car right now. It's also nice that it's only 19" wide. Certain FMIC manufacturers on this forum were trying to market their's with "bigger is better", so they added as much lag as possible from endtank to endtank. It's nice to see an intercooler that looks like it has some real thought put into it.

Good job, CTI.

It's all about "girth".
And it's not the best endtank design. That would be the stock one.
Narcisse, beat ya here again.

Sorry, after reading all of the intercooler endtank threads, and Psi-Fi and AGP shit talking eachothers end design. Also, what did people flame lucas when he did his custom spearco intercooler. His endtanks looked like that, and people still gave him the ineffienct bs.

I liked his ebay core/custom intercooler set up!

This is the design we run on the z cars to 750whp.

Seemed smallish for a bar & Plate though.
