Default CTI hardpipe issue

Hello,
It appears that my cti hardpipe is leaking around the flange, any ideas on what to do about this? it might need to be rewelded...im not 100% sure tho - i am going to replace the o-ring inside the hks to see if that helps any but i do feel a good amount of air leaking out of the flange area...

bump on this , willy i finally had a chance to pull the pipe off and check it, the flange was screwed on crooked. Took the flange off and screwed it back on as tight as possible but it looks like the flange still sits too high off the threads...there is a gap between the threads/flange. Looks possibly like it wasnt threaded far enuff down. Put some sealant around it but it would require a good amount of it..any suggestions?
