studlee's version of "hanging" means he got worked from 40-60 by ONLY 2 cars, but he was able to "hang" with the bolted on Cobrafor about 3 seconds.
someone elses "hanging" would be like saying "i ran a cammed Mach1 w/150 shot with my S3 car on high octane mode from 40-130 and i "hung" with him. i was at his bumper when we shut down".

more than 2 cars to me. i could be wrong though? 91pumpking is even more of a fool than stud. he said a slightly modded SRT-4 will hang with a bolt on Cobra and he said he's already been there.
Honestly if I had to choose between a Cobra and a Neon, I'd choose the Neon. For my needs the Neon fits me plus its fast and gets reasonable gas mileage.
