What's in the pit or on the grill?
I love 4th of July always an excuse to spend a rediculous amount of money on meat and stare at a fire all day.
5 slabs of pork ribs
2 slabs of beef ribs
2 beef briskets
1 pork shoulder
6 turkey legs
and enough hotdogs to choke a small giant.
Smoked with nothing but the finest mix of pecan and mesquite wood I could fine.

but if I get home early enough (7:30 is the earliest I can get home, as usual) I'll throw a burger and some dogs on.

Yep and bull ball's. I lived in ID for 2 year and attended the Montana "Testical Festival" both years.
Yuck, and hell no. But I have had Bison "dogs" and they are very good and tasty. Left over parts FTW.

Cheap Bison, if you get grain raised Bison they are very good. Free range isn't bad but they have to come from a better part of the country, not the arid areas of the states.
