Default Vista is a piece of garbage

I hate this fucking OS more than I hate Obama. This piece of garbage microsoft calls programming is so buggy and fucked up I can't even use wireless internet anymore. It's causing an IP conflict with the other laptop in the house, and the only way to fix it is to reload Vista, so I'm going to reload XP. : flame:

I run Vista without any problems, other than the annoying UAC asking me everytime I try to open an .exe

But Vista isnt your problem, wireless internet is.

I did turn UAC off. It likes to remind me every time I start my computer that its off. It only asks me when Im installing something I downloaded. It doesnt matter if I uncheck the "always show this warning" it will always warn me.

just upgrade to XP Pro SP3 and don't look back...I haven't

You're other option is Ubuntu w/Compiz but I wanted something a bit more "main stream"

I upgraded from Vista Ultimate to XP Black.

Vista wasn't as cool as I thought it would be, nothing was compatable (at first, but stuff starting coming online) and it used too much disk space (I primarily use my laptop, so disk space is limited)

Not to mention it took forever to start-up....
