that's the beauty of citizenship. however, i think that needs to be amended, so at least one of your parents MUST be a citizen for your bitch ass to stay here. anchor babies ftmfl.

The border started at the James river here in Virginia. In 1714, an indigenous person would have been considered an "Illegal Alien" standing north of the James. Year by year this border expanded and pushed indigenous peoples farther west and south.
Simply put, the drawn borders exist for controlling the lands and wealth which these indigenous peoples were displaced from. Now that the indigenous population is returning, the immigrants are looking to pass new laws to repeat the persecutory process.
Such a con game- the natives are called immigrants, and the immigrants are called native. These people belong here.

so what you're telling me is, these "natives" sprouted up in the land called America from the soil? oh wait a second.............no, they didn't.
and might i ask, how do you know that the people WE consider Native Americans were truly that? could it be possible that they too came and purchased the land from another people? perhaps they waged a war to get it?
links to non-biased sites would be awesome.
PS - this isn't the 18th Century anymore, get over it.
The genocide of 70 million indigenous people and the displacement of their survivors can not be justified based on the speculation of what they might have done, maybe. -In the past, as you point out.
Jim. You can't justify genocide or persecution.
The 18th century has passed Jim, but here and now in 2008 laws are still being pushed and passed in attempt to again displace and remove the indigenous people from their lands. These people belong here.

Juan, you can't justify these people trying to take the easy way out instead of fixing their own fucked up country. (i assume you're talking about mexicans).
oh and link to non-biased data supporting the number of deaths you stated above plz, kthx.
are you saying that if i have a crappy car and decide to sell it to someone, i see the car later on down the road and it looks awesome because the person i sold it to put a lot of work into it, i can just steal it back and everyone should be cool with it? good logic.
