The first teaser trailer should be appearing sometime soon. I haven't heard anything specific, but The Dark Knight and Iron Man are coming out around the same time, and they've had teasers out for a while.
Louis Leterrier is kind of an unknown quantity as a director, but Norton's one of my favorite actors. He usually picks movies I like.

It's a total reboot apparently. Now Marvel has complete control of the character since they're producing it themselves instead of farming it out to an established production company. They've said this time they're making what people wanted in the first place - an action movie with lots of smashing.
