As long as the car has a uni-bodied frame if any part of the frame is bent it is considered totaled.
How would you fix a bent frame?
unbend the whole thing or weld on a new piece?(which will never be as strong as it was before)
No it could be made to be stronger, the problem ism, "its not the same" you can replace a fender. Its not worth replacing a frame to match factory spec visually.
The thought of a frame having a blemish to most car enthusiasts is disgusting, yet some classics are definitely worth restoring if needed.

they can sorta fix a bent frame, but ideally you would not want to drive that car after a crash of that magnitude. Its probably more cost effective to just part it out and recycle the components. Im sure it was just sent to a crusher to "recycle" the parts LOL.
Jesus. Just saw this. I worked as a porter for several months for a repair shop, and just being allowed to drive M-series BMW's was a privledge and an honor. I think the porter position should be more higly paid because there are so many retards out there who couldn't be trusted with what I was trusted with, and I left due to the low pay. Not to mention trying to figure out how to drive a prius for the first time with the front bumper dragging on the ground for ten miles from one shop to another. It took me a few minutes to figure out if it was really 'on' then had to figure out how to put it in reverse lol.
what...the...fuck. How the hell can you be that bad at driving? I drove a viper a few years ago and it was very obvious that the backend would give real easily when shifting to second so i didn't lead foot it like a retard. God damn that pisses me off. Instead of totalling it they could have just gave it to me
it's like dropping your pants, reaching around with both hands and opening up your a** cheeks and then just rubbing your a**hole all over something.carlos nice
