We really do need tougher drinking and driving laws. I vote if your caught drinking and driving you loose your license permanently. That's just being caught before anything happens though. Something like this should get the death penalty. I've been known to be completely wasted before and driving never ever crossed my mind. No sympathy for drunk drivers. Hate them all.
