Long story short,....buyer filed a claim with paypal and they sided with him for a reason they won't explain to me. He now has the merchandise I sold him, plus his original $550 that he paid me. My paypal account is now negative(I refuse to fund it for this refund) and I'm also getting phone calls from a collection company that paypal uses.
Anyways,..does anyone have any ideas of what I can do to harrass, annoy, piss off, get even, etc.....
If he lived in the same country I would knock on his door and beat his ass. But I'm here in the U.S. and he is in Germany.
Here is his name, home address, and email address:

I wish I saved that thread where someone showed us how to get even with a scammer. Try searching for it I guess and you will get many good ideas from there what to do. They're so harsh too! haha. hopefully someone else knows what I am talking about and they can show you.
If you saw the thread I was talking about on how to get even with a scammer you would think it is cruel as hell but funny lol. They posted like the persons pic on gay websites and all his info on there, etc.
Register in all kinds of shit on the internet with the information you have, things like magazines, porn, and have it all billed. I have some free time ill get started.
whats the full story of what happened?
you didn't get paypals seller protection i take it?
are you sure they are not sending the merchandise back to you?
overseas stuff can be tricky...
Good luck.

Ultimately it's my fault. I've never shipped anything overseas, so while at the postoffice I explained to the clerk what I was doing and that I needed proof/tracking/etc. She kind of had a blank stare and then said ok, I'll get it all set up. When I got home and tried to track the package(just to check), it wasn't a valid tracking number because the BITCH didn't put tracking on the package. I assume that for a $60+ shipping charge it had tracking.
I guess all the buyer needed was to see the package didn't have tracking on it and he reported to paypal that he didn't receive it. They sided with him, refunded his money, and there was nothing I could do. My best friend is a police officer, so I'm not sure if he'd be able to contact a local police department in Germany about possible fraud charges. Ultimately I have NO proof, except for a USPS shipping receipt showing the Germany postal code and the package weight.
They guy definitely won't send the merchandise back. They were brand new parts.
