thats what espn's dana jacobson said at a roast for espn's mike & mike in the morning. apparently, in a drunken vodka rage, jacobson, who used to co host cold pizza and now hosts first take, made those remarks in front of a crowd after being ish-faced on vodka.
she was then booed mercilessly by the crowd, a couple of religious groups expressed their disapproval of espn and then espn suspended her, even after apologizing.
stupid comments, but i don't think it was as serious as people are making it out to be. she was drunk and was mostly referencing idiot ND fans, not actual religion. in my opinion, she's getting more flak than she deserves.
Don't get me wrong, but this was a roast. You're supposed to be alittle off the walk. Afterall, it's a coming together of people, who are supposed to be unpolitically correct. I say, the more and more people bitch about our Country God given gifts. Hell I don't care what she said at a roast, in a drunken stooper. Fuck, this country was founded so that we have the right to freedom of speech, life, liberty, and health and happiness.
anyone remember that bald headed singer, who ripped up the pope's picture on Saturday Night Live? I don't condone what either has done, but in this country, you have that right.
