I'm curious because I see more and more Caravans and Siennas as taxis than Crown Vics. It's quite obvious that the minivans have more room and gets better mpgs.
How about law enforcement? AFAIK Ford stopped production of the Crown Vics. So are we to see Minivans used by the Po-pos?
Some sheriff's now drive FWD Impalas. I always thought they always wanted a RWD mid/full size sedans.

"The People" in the First Amendment means The People; "the People" in the Fourth Amendment means The People; but "the People" in the Second Amendment (ratified in 1791) means the National Guard (created by an Act of Congress in 1903)?
Most cops don't know much about cars, so driving fast enough to not allow them to get a good sight of the car could allow you to out run the radio. Also, having a very common car such as the popular civic with a fart can could get you away from the radio. Otherwise, you're not getting away from it.
