What? Whey protein is the best supplement you could ever use. Don't expect to just get big by drinking it without doing anything else.
All the other supplements are crap, but whey protein is a must. I went from 6'2" and 154lbs to 6'2" and 198lbs in one year from doing a bulk routine and taking whey protein. Without the protein I don't believe I would have bulked up as fast.
whey protein has some effect on me, but not much, all other supplements, ESPECIALLY creatine are fucking garbage
I use NO Xplode and that's it now...I can get better protein from eating more chicken and it's about the same price
Obviously getting protein from actual food is the best thing, but whey protein is also nice to have to get the extra protein.
I actually feel sorry for people who use creatine. If you start using it you better keep using it unless you want to look/feel like shit when you stop using it.
