Cliff: First-grader labeled a sexual harasser after smacking a girl's ass on the playground. Cops called by the school, and the mark will be on his record until 5 years AFTER he leaves the school system. He will potentially be 23 years old, and still recognized as a sexual harasser for something he did in first grade... This country is headed in an awesome direction!
edit: Also, the boy and girl are friends, and their families are friends...one of the mothers said the girl forgot about the incident shortly afterward, but the school officials were set on having the boy punished.
