Unfortunately, I can't take credit card orders over the phone. The only options are the web site or snail mail. The web site is extrememly secure and I never see your credit information. As far as returns or refunds.....I do those my self.
As far as I can tell, no one has ever had issues with ordering from the web site. I receive the order, then you're put on the production schedule. Once the part is shipped, you'll receive tracking info.
If you order by end of day today through the web site, your order will ship out next week.
